This is how bad the deadly flooding in Texas was. Pictured is Kerrville before and after, who saw the Guadalupe River rise *34 FEET* in just 2 hours. At least 59 people have died with many still missing from the flooding…including children at Camp Mystic. Truly heartbreaking.
